Shame there's no tip culture in Japan. The bright side about working a tippable job like waitressing or wenching is, if it's busy, you could make a good amount of money from it.

I forgot the name of this show but since they came out with a dub I remember it now i can watch it

took them too long to dub it. pretty much most of us already watch the sub during the time it's airing. I do not want to wait for 20 weeks for dub completion

It's actually interesting how I manage to understand Jahy's lines in the japanese original version more than what her english VA is muttering. I was never really a fan of english dubs - but the quality of this one is just abysmal - what actually is an achievement in it's own way... o.O

No seriously - I'm baffled how someone thought this would be apropriate work... Jahy-sama wasn't a great show to begin with - but the mere existence of this dub makes the show worse as a whole.

Why did they get such bad VA's? Like I've heard tons that would be perfect for these roles...

In most cases it doesn't ruin anything, BUT sometimes it do man...sometimes it do.

The only time I've seen a dub actually improve an anime was Ghost Stories.

There are plenty of great dubs that exist. Y'all need to stop this Sub vs Dub bs. It's pointless nonsense.
